Settings

The app needs a settings dialog box.

Settings:

• Show main window on startup
• Show debug window on startup
• Checkbox to enable highlighting of matching command in ListView in main window
• Checkbox to select whether close buttom quits or hides main window

Settings should be saved to file $env:LOCALAPPDATA/WinAutoLayer/settings.json
